2)ii. All competitions are based on skill. An entry fee is required for each online submission, where the Promoter provides an easy or multiple-choice question. There is also a free postal entry option.
2)iii. To be eligible to win, all participants (an “Entrant”) must correctly answer a question or solve a problem presented by the Promoter (the “Competition Question”).
- How to Enter
3)i. The competition will take place during the specified opening and closing dates listed on the Website, referred to as the “Opening Date” and “Closing Date.” All times and dates mentioned are in London, England.
3)ii. The Promoter reserves the right to change the Opening and Closing Dates if necessary. Any changes will be updated on the Website. The Promoter will not extend the Closing Date merely to increase entry sales.
3)iii. All entries, including postal submissions, must be received by the Promoter by the specified time on the Closing Date. Entries submitted after this time may be disqualified without a refund.
3)iv. The maximum number of entries for the competition will be specified on the Website. If the maximum is reached, the number of entries you can make may be limited.
3)v. Entrants may enter each competition as often as they like until the maximum number of entries per user is reached or the overall maximum for the competition is met. Free entries must be submitted individually. Bulk submissions will only be counted as a single entry and may be limited if the overall maximum is reached.
3)vi. To enter the competition online:
– Visit the Website to view the Competition Question.
– Select your answer and the number of entries you wish to purchase.
– Complete the checkout process and submit the online registration form.
– Make the payment to receive confirmation of your order.
– You can repeat this process as many times as you like until reaching the maximum number of allowed entries or until tickets are fully allocated.
3)vii. All entries must be submitted in English. Entries in any other language will be disqualified without a refund.
3)viii. Unless using the free entry option, the Promoter will confirm receipt of your entry and provide your allocated ticket number(s).
3)ix. The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are not successfully completed, lost, or delayed for any reason, including equipment failures, technical malfunctions, or software issues.
3)x. By purchasing entries and submitting a competition entry, you are entering into a contract with the Promoter and agreeing to these terms and conditions.
3)xi. You can enter the competition for free by post by following these guidelines:

– Agreement to the Terms & Conditions
(c) Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified.
(d) You may submit multiple free entries for any competition (within the limits set by the Promoter), but each free entry must be mailed separately. Postal entries are limited to one per household. Bulk submissions in a single envelope will be counted as one entry.
(e) By entering the competition, you confirm your eligibility and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
(f) Your entry must reach the Promoter before the Closing Date. Late entries will not be included in the random draw. Proof of postage does not guarantee entry.
(g) The Promoter will not acknowledge receipt of your entry or confirm the correctness of your Competition Question answer.
(h) If the entry limit is reached before your free entry is received, you will not be entered into the random draw.
(i) Entrants must have created an account on the Website for their free entry to be processed. All details must match your account information, including a valid UK address and phone number. Postal entries are processed on Mondays and Fridays. Entries without a registered account cannot be processed.
(j) Entries must be submitted on an unenclosed postcard to be processed.

4)ii. The names and entry numbers of all Entrants will be compiled in a spreadsheet, which may be published on the Website and visible during the live draw. 7)iii. The Promoter will reach out to the winner personally as soon as possible after the Draw Date using the contact information provided with the competition entry. If the winner cannot be contacted, is unavailable, or fails to claim the Prize within 7 days of the Draw Date, the Promoter reserves the right to award the Prize to another Entrant (“The Alternate Winner”) selected randomly from the remaining correct entries received before the Closing Date. The Alternate Winner will have 7 days from notification to confirm their acceptance of the Prize. This process will continue until a winner accepts the Prize.
7)iv. The Promoter is required to publish or provide information indicating that a valid award has taken place. To fulfil this obligation, the Promoter will display the full name and county/town of residence of major prize winners on the Website.
7)v. If you do not wish for your surname, county/town of residence, or winning entry to be published, please contact the Promoter at competitions@toptierevents.uk before the Closing Date. In such cases, the Promoter must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request.
- Claiming the Prize
8)i. You must personally claim the Prize. It cannot be claimed by a third party on your behalf. Details on how the Prize will be delivered to you or made available for collection are provided on the Website or can be requested.
8)ii. The Promoter may ask for proof of identification before sending a Prize that can be emailed or transferred to another account, such as event tickets.
8)iii. If your personal details, including contact information, change at any time, you should inform the Promoter as soon as reasonably possible. Please notify the Promoter via email at competitions@toptierevents.uk, including the competition you entered, your old details, and your new details. If your details change within 10 days of the Closing Date, the Promoter will use your old details to attempt to contact you.
8)iv. Any Cash Prize will be transferred directly to the winner’s nominated bank account. The winner must provide evidence that they are the sole or joint beneficiary of that account. Failure to do so within 14 days will result in disqualification, and the winner will forfeit the Prize. In such cases, the Promoter reserves the right to award the Prize to the next eligible Entrant selected from the correct entries received before the Closing Date.
8)v. The Promoter is not responsible and will not pay any compensation if you are unable to claim or choose not to accept the Prize.
- Limitation of Liability

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
- Data Protection and Publicity

10)ii. If you win the competition, you agree that the Promoter may use your name, image, and town or county of residence to announce your win. You further agree to participate in any reasonable publicity activities requested by the Promoter.
10)iii. If you do not wish to participate in any publicity, you must inform the Promoter before the Closing Date. This decision will not impact your chances of winning the Prize. However, if you decline to participate in publicity, we may still share your details with the Advertising Standards Authority to comply with legal requirements regarding the proper administration of the competition and the awarding of the Prize.
10)iv. If you are the winner, you may be required to provide additional personal information and proof of identity to confirm your eligibility for the Prize and facilitate its transfer to you. You consent to this use of your information. You have the right to request more details about how your personal information is used. You may also withdraw your consent for this use, but doing so may prevent the Prize from being awarded to you. In such cases, you will be considered to have withdrawn from the competition and will forfeit the Prize without any refund of your entry fee. The Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible Entrant selected from the correct entries received before the Closing Date.
10)v. Please be aware that under data protection laws, you can request that the Promoter does not contact you and removes your details from its database. However, making such a request will result in your withdrawal from the competition, as we will not be able to contact you if you win. You will not be entitled to a refund of any entry fee if you withdraw. If you do not want your personal details used for promotional purposes by the Promoter, please email competitions@toptierevents.uk before the Closing Date.
